At Strikeman, we stand behind our dry fire training systems and offer a 30-day return policy for products in original, unused condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you process a return or exchange quickly and efficiently.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the Strikeman laser, target, and phone mount in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable shipping method to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
